HG Research is an associate division of Heiden Grimaud Asset Management.

Heiden Grimaud Asset Management’s roots began in the 1960’s. After subsequent mergers and buyouts, the firm established an independent research office in Belgium in 2013. Research was kept internal until clients wanted to understand more about the teams’ methods, and logic, and thus HG Research was born to educate and shares ideas with anyone who has a similar passion.

The team behind HG Research advises multiple investment funds. We conduct research into markets and industries that we think we can profit from when they are better understood. We tend to avoid overloading our readers with numbers, and data, and prefer to tell a story. We believe the best investments are ones that have a great story behind the numbers, and that make common sense above all.
